Terms of Service
Please read carefully before using Zenbooks
1. Service Agreement
This Software as a Service (SaaS) agreement is between Zenbooks (provider based in India) and your business entity (client based in UAE). By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Provider Details

3. Subscription & Billing
You agree to pay subscription fees as per your chosen plan (PRO, BUSINESS, or ENTERPRISE). Payments are processed annually. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Your business data is securely stored and processed. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures. Data is isolated per tenant and never shared with third parties.
5. Usage Limits
Your plan includes specific limits on invoices, users, and branches. Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade or additional charges.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you will have 14 days to export your data before account deletion.
7. Liability & Warranty
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from system downtime, data loss, or errors. We recommend regular data backups.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India (provider location) and UAE (client location). Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
Important Notice
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate business records

- You must comply with UAE VAT and business regulations
